Dual Meets
I complain a lot about wrestling season, but I have to admit that I absolutely LOVE dual meets. They are so much more fun than a typical individual tournament. Today CC competed in a Dual tournament and had 4 meets in Elk Grove. (1st Place) You stay on one mat, you constantly have a guy wrestling, and there are real breaks in between. They are still very stressful, don’t get me wrong but it’s much easier to feel like wrestling is a team sport when each guy is doing what he can to contribute to the team score. (Even if it’s just not getting pinned.)
